Subsidised Home Care Services - OPERATIONAL

Our Home Care services will continue to operate during the COVID19 Circuit Breaker. Please call us at 6536 0086 or email us at [email protected] for any enquiry

All clients and staff who have travelled overseas will be required to serve a Stay Home Notice from the day of arrival in Singapore.
Service will not proceed for these clients until the end of the 14-day period.

All home care staff who are feeling unwell and/or display symptoms are to report to the Home Care Management team and see a doctor immediately.

All clients will be screened before start of the scheduled service.

All staff attending to clients are required to wear surgical masks at all times during service, on top of Personal Protection Equipment used in their daily course of work.

All our staff has been swabbed for COVID19 and tested negative
Live-In Caregivers - "NORMAL" OPERATIONS

It is currently challenging to bring Live-In Caregivers from Overseas to Singapore (so delays are to be expected), however we are still able to process transfers of Live-In Caregivers who are already in Singapore.
